About Apprenticeship GPS

Hi, I'm Joshua Pedro

I started my career as an apprentice at IBM – graduating with a Distinction in the Junior Management Consultant Apprenticeship – and worked my way up to Software Engineering Lead, delivering DevOps and AI projects across government and private sector clients in the UK.

I created Apprenticeship GPS because I’ve seen firsthand how life-changing an apprenticeship opportunity can be, and I want to help more employers create that same pathway for young people.
