About Apprenticeship GPS
Hi, I'm Joshua Pedro
I started my career as an apprentice at IBM – graduating with a Distinction in the Junior Management Consultant Apprenticeship – and worked my way up to Software Engineering Lead, delivering DevOps and AI projects across government and private sector clients in England.
I created Apprenticeship GPS to help employers use apprenticeships with confidence and help young people prepare for working life. We work with employers, training providers, schools, colleges and youth employment organisations.
